I began by simply adding text to the page

i then began to build the structure to the page, adding the tiles down that page

I added a tool bar of 6 icons, 1 for each section required

i then used the ruler tool to add firm alignment to the page.

I labeled the boxes on the page to organize the site.

I added colours, to colour code the projects

i added a back ground colour and duplicated the page 6 times.
